Refund Policy

We truly hope that you are happy with your purchase, but in the unfortunate event that you are not, we offer a 100 day refund policy. At Les Petits , you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product(s) of your choice to us, and we extend your possibility of returning a product to us for 86 days until beyond this legal deadline, i.e. 100 days to change your mind!

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your unwanted items for something else, you will need to place a new order. Our policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that furniture is non-refundable.

If there is a manufacturing defect, or damage during transportation, it will be our responsibility to provide replacement parts as quickly as possible. We are unable to recover damaged parts.

If replacing the damaged parts does not suit you and you still wish to return the furniture, this is possible after confirming the return deposit address with us. The return costs are your responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and arrive in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (all our boxes are double-layered to avoid postal damage).

To make your return, please send an e-mail to contact@lespetits.fr to indicate your return wish, as well as your original order number. Please return your item, well packaged as indicated above, to: Lauren McCreery, Les Petits , 33 boulevard General Du Leclerc, 2eme Etage, Bureau XD2, Beausoleil, 06240, France. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping in the original order because your order was 49€ or more, standard fee of 3.90€ for Mondial Relay or 6.90€ for Colissimo (depending on the shipping method chosen) will be deducted from your refund. This will not be the case if you keep other items from your original order worth 49€ or more.

If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your request is accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only normal priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
